Ciputra World Surabaya (Mall) which was officially open on 22 July 2011 is located in the most prestigious superblock at the gate of west Surabaya in Mayjend Sungkono. Built on a 9 hectare site in a CBD area, and developed by a property expert, Dr.HC. Ir. Ciputra, Ciputra World Surabaya has thoroughly enhanced the level of Surabaya into a more modern and international city.

Architecturally designed by a well-known architecture firm based in Singapore, DP Architects, which also designed The Dubai Mall, Suntec City, and Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay – Singapore, Ciputra World Surabaya creates a new standard of lifestyle in Surabaya.

Built in a superblock area, this mall is also surrounded by a 5-star hotel, residential and office towers, such as Ciputra World Surabaya Hotel, The Via and The Vue Apartments, Skyloft – A Lifestyle Soho, The Voila Apartment. In the third phase of its development, the mall is now more complete with an Extension Mall, Multifunction Hall, Office Tower, Vieloft – A Next Level Soho, The Vertu Apartment and Sky Residence.

The Extension Mall that was open officially on 30 March 2021 houses some new concept clothing-retail brand stores, restaurants and some new features such as Outdoor Park, Outdoor Car Parking, and Skylight Garden that becomes the focal point of the dining area on 3rd floor, also a brand new thematic dining that presents alfresco seating areas.
